Today's society places great demands on young people who grow up in an environment very different from their parents. School has changed from a classroom where students sat quietly and listened to what the teacher told them to an environment of computer surfing and a lot of noise from classmates. Classes have also become much larger. This is causing more and more children/young people to drop out of school. If the working environment in schools were translated into a workplace, no one would want to be employed in that workplace.
Now we want to give these people a way forward in life by starting a business adapted to their needs. I am convinced that there is a lot of useful knowledge in these persons.
The idea is to give them the chance, at their own pace, to become part of the active staff working towards industry with a workplace adapted to their needs.
